<br />made the purchases of cars, trucks or buses which might <br />be covered by said lawsuit~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville is a member of <br />the class of Plaintiffs unless it decides to withdraw <br />as a participant in the lawsuit~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears likely that the village of <br />Roseville would benefit financially in the event of a <br />favorable verdict on behalf of all municipalities <br />participating in said lawsuit~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Manager and the attorneys for the village <br />of Roseville are hereby instructed to not withdraw <br />from said lawsuit as a party plaintiff so that the <br />Village of Roseville is included as a participant. <br />Further, the Manager and the attorneys for the <br />Village of Roseville are hereby authorized and <br />instructed to take any other action necessary to the <br />participation of the Village of Roseville in said <br />lawsuit to a conclusion. <br /> <br />A motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in <br />favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
