<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 27, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Monday, the 27th day of August, 1973, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6015 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT, PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />SS-73-27 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted June 4, 1973, the Council has <br />directed the village consulting engineers to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />consisting of the construction of approximately 500 feet of <br />sanitary sewer immediately south of the north Roseville limits <br />to provide service to several properties lying below and easterly <br />of West Qwasso Boulevard with discharge northerly to an existing <br />lift station in Shoreview, the construction of which in 1966 <br />was partially paid by Roseville, The consulting engineers were <br />also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- <br />provement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been <br />submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved <br />
