The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement <br />SS-73-27. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on October 1, 1973, at 7~30 o.clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, <br />Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the <br />second publication shall be not less than three days before <br />the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
