<br />NOTIC~ OF BEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 55-73-27 <br />VILIAGE OF R05EVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 1st day of October, 1973 at <br />7:30 o.c1ock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />5S-73-27 consisting of the construction of approximately 500 <br />feet of sanitary sewer immediately south of the north Roseville <br />limits to provide service to several properties lying below and <br />easterly of West OWasso Boulevard with discharge northerly to <br />an existing lift Station in 5horeview, the construction of which <br />in 1966 was partially paid by Roseville. The foregoing is all sub- <br />stantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $12,500.00. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement shall be all those parcels of property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and II, Lake OWasso Park <br />(Section 2, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County) <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place <br />state above. <br /> <br />Dated: August 27, 1973. <br /> <br />
