<br />~ t:, 03~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />October 1, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall in said Village on <br /> <br />Monday, October 1, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members wer~ present: Mayor Linebarger <br />and Councilmen Brennan, Curley and Grauel. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />Also present were Steve North. acting Village Manager~ <br />George o. Peterson, of Peterson, Bell & Converse, acting <br />Village attorneYT Charles Horchell and Doug Strong of the <br />Village Public Works DepartmentT Donald Christoffersen of <br />Banister, Short, Elliott and Hendrickson, village consulting <br />engineersT and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of Notice of Hearing on proposed Improvement SS-73-27 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted August 27, 1973, <br /> <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and <br /> <br />was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager <br /> <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br /> <br />all affected property owners, which certificate was examined <br /> <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by <br /> <br />the Manager. <br />
