<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~N OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD ON /01962 <br />/ <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, wa~s duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />Roseville on /0 , 1962,at 8:00 p.m. The <br />following membe s were present: <br /> <br />'rh~ /?7'-~1 ~~ .:J~. <br />/f'~ 0/ ~~ <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: ~ <br /> <br />Member ~~ introduced the following <br />resolution and moved lts a optlon. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~dr <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION <br />UNDER THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN CERTAIN LANDS FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING AND MAINTAINING A PARK FOR THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, AND DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE <br />INSTITUTED FOR SUCH PURPOSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville deems it necessary and expedient and in the best <br />interests of the Village and its inhabitants that the following <br />described lands be acquired for park purposes for said Village; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an election has been held within the Village <br />to determine whether the Village should issue bonds for the <br />purpose of financing a park system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the results of said election were to proceed <br />with the sale of bonds for the purpose of acquiring parks; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has been advised by <br />competent advisors and committees that the following described <br />real property is desirable to acquire as a park; and <br />
