<br />WHEREAS, the Village has been unable to negotiate for <br />the purpose of purchasing said land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under the statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />the Village has the power to take and acquire such property <br />by power of eminent domain; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and <br />convenient that the property described below be acquired by <br />the Village of Roseville for the Roseville Park, all of said <br />property being situated in the Village of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />As to Park Site lA: <br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), <br />St. Anthony Plaza. <br /> <br />As to Park Site 5-B: <br />Lot Twenty-Two (22), Block One (1), <br />Minnesota Realty Co.'s Owasso. <br /> <br />As to Park Site 6-A: <br />Subject to Standard Oil Company easement, <br />the Westerly One-half (W'ly 1/2) of Lot <br />Nineteen (19), A. K. Barnums Garden Lots. <br /> <br />As to Park Site 6-B: <br />Subject to Standard Oil Company easement, <br />the Easterly One-half (E'ly 1/2) of Lot <br />Nineteen (19), A. K. Barnums Garden Lots. <br /> <br />As to Park Site 6-C: <br />Except the East Two Hundred Feet <br />(E. 200'), Lot Forty-Three (43), <br />Woodlynn Park. <br /> <br />As to Park Site 6-D: <br />Subject to power easements and except <br />the North Forty Feet (N. 40'), Lot <br />Forty-Four (44), Woodlynn Park. <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
