(" {, ~ <" ); ~/;f <br /> <br />/. <br /> <br />'; <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />April 8, 1974 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, Was held <br /> <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br /> <br />the 8th day of April, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. Steve North, acting City Manager; <br /> <br />Robert Bell, City Attorney, Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director: and Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />The acting Manager presented an afficavit showing publication <br /> <br />of Notice of Hearing on proposed Improvement No. P-SS-ST-W-74-9 in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted March 25, 1974, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the acting Manager. The acting Manager <br /> <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br /> <br />all affected property owners/which certificate was examined and <br />
