<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />city Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the * 8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6092 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT P-74-ll <br />AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 6072 adopted on January 28, <br />1974, the City council ordered the city Public Works Director to <br />prepare a preliminary report for the installation of concrete <br />curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing and necessary appurtenances <br />on Fernwood Avenue from County Road C to Woodhill Drive, for all <br />of the cost of the improvement to be assessed against the <br />benefited property: <br /> <br />2. The City Council deems it necessary and expedient that <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, construct the improvement as <br />described in and in accordance with the preliminary plans and <br />report prepared by the city Public Works Director; <br />
