<br />3. The Council has been advised by the Public Works Director <br />that said Improvement is feasible and should best be made as pro- <br />posed, and the Public Works Director's report to this effect has <br />heretofore been received by the Council, and filed with the <br />City Clerk: <br /> <br />4. The property to be benefited by said Improvement is <br />owned solely by the City, against which property the City may levy <br />special assessments pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 435.l9. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />l. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said <br />improvement as described herein be constructed, and the <br />City hereby consents to construction of said improvement and <br />to the assessment of the entire cost thereof against its pro- <br />perty, and the improvement is hereby ordered made. <br /> <br />2. The improvement described herein is hereby designated <br />and shall be known as Improvement P-74-ll. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby directed to pre- <br />pare final plans and specifications for said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of <br />duly seconded by member DemJs <br />vote being taken thereon, the following <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />the foregoing resolution was <br />and upon a <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
