<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />COOPEHATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This is a Cooperative Agreement betvveen the City <br /> <br />of Roseville , a municipal corporation, hcreinaftcr referred to as <br /> <br />"Roseville" and the County of Ramsey, a political subdivision of <br /> <br />the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Ramsey County". <br /> <br />RECITAL <br /> <br />Roseville and Ramsey County propose to reconstruct <br /> <br />Fail\/.iew Avenue between County Road B-2 and County Road C-2 in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The construction will consist of the following: <br /> <br />1. Acquisition of right-of-way; <br /> <br />2. Paving; <br /> <br />3. Construction of certain bike paths; <br /> <br />4. Concrete curb and gutters; <br /> <br />5. Storm Sewers. <br /> <br />The entire construction of the above is shown on the <br /> <br />Plans and Specifications now on file with the County of Ram sey <br /> <br />known as S.A.P. 62-648-03. It is the intention of the parties <br /> <br />hereto that Ramsey County pursuant to the above plans and speci- <br /> <br />llcaLLons will acquire uny necessary right--of-way and will let a <br /> <br />contract pursuant to law for the entire construction and will super- <br /> <br />vise construction and will make all n.ecessary payments to the <br /> <br />contractors. Roseville will reimburse Ramsey County for three- <br /> <br />fourths of the costs incurred by Ramsey County in the construction <br />
