<br />of the curb uDd gutters which is estimated to be approximdtely <br /> <br />$30,621.86 and Roseville will reimburse Ramsey County for the <br /> <br />stom sewers constnlCted by the County 'iNhich is estimated to be <br /> <br />$28,891.00. <br /> <br />This Cooperative Agreement is made pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 471.59 und it is the intent of Roseville <br /> <br />to spread special assessments for Roseville' s expense pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes 429.041 (5) . <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by the parties <br /> <br />hereto as follows: <br /> <br />1. Ramsey County will acquire all <br /> <br />right-of-way and do all other acts necessary <br /> <br />to facilitate the reconstruction of Fairview <br /> <br />Avenue between County Road B-2 and County <br /> <br />Road C-2 according to S.A.P. 62-648-03. <br />Ramsey County will hire a contractor pur- <br /> <br />suant to law, supervise the constrtlction <br /> <br />and make all payments to the contractor as <br /> <br />required by law. <br /> <br />2. Roseville will reimburse the County <br /> <br />for three-fourths of the costs on the concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutters and said three-fourths of the <br /> <br />costs will be determined by the engineers for <br /> <br />-2- <br />
