The City has hereto~GIC instituted and ordered the con- <br />struction of Improver:lents P-SS-ST-W-'l4-9, P-W-SS-74-10 and P-74-1l <br />pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429.
