Pursuant to the authority
contained in Minnesota Statutes, section 435.56, the future
proceedings for these separate improvements are hereby combined,
and henceforth all proceedings shall be conducted in all respects
as if the various separate proceedings had originally been
instituted as one proceeding.

2. Addendum No. 1 of May 13, 1974 relating to Combined
Improvements of 1974, series 7 indicated that the proposal was to
be separated into two parts1 Part A and Part B. If both
Part A and Part B would be undertaken, the contract would be
awarded the bidder having the lowest total bid for cOmbined
Parts A and B. The Council accepts addendum Part A and rejects
and does not order addendum part B.

3.
