<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of theCity of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman Brennan <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1974, SERIES 7, <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvements <br />of 1974, Series 7 of the City of Roseville consisting of <br />(a) sanitary sewer extension and necessary appurtenances on <br />Transit Avenue between Galtier and Rice Streets 1 (b) bituminous <br />surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, sanitary sewer <br />and necessary appurtenances on Pascal Street south of County <br />Road C-2 between Simpson Street and North Albert Street1 <br />(c) concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, and necessary <br />appurtenances on Fernwood Avenue between County Road C and <br />Woodhill Drive. <br />
