<br />The foregoing are in the areas described in the legal notices <br />relating to the original heatings on the improvements and the <br />resolutions relating thereto, and contracts for such work and <br />the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amount to $ 51,895.00 and of this cost the <br />city will pay $ 9,878.22 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 42,016.78 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office <br />for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the <br />assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hess <br /> <br />, and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
