<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 19741 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6124 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1973, SERIES 5, <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvement <br />of 1973, Series 5 of the City of Roseville for that portion of <br />the improvement consisting of (a) construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and <br />storm drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances on Skillman <br />Avenue from Fairview Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac1 (b) <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm drainage <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances on Grandview Avenue west of <br />Cohansey Street to the end of cul-de-sac. <br />
