The foregoing are in the areas described in the legal notices relating to the original hearings on the improvements and the resolutions re1ating thereto, an d contracts for such \";m:k and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of that portion of said improvements amount to $ 79,143.00 and of this cost the city will pay $ 6,604.93 as its share of the cost1 exclusive of the right of way easement acquisition which will be the subject of a future assessment on Skillman Avenue from Fairview Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 72,538.07 2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the Cit:y Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affect- ed, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. 3. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hess , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
