SS-W-P-ST-74-l5 <br />AND IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-74-l6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Farrington Street from South OWasso <br /> <br />Boulevard to Millwood Avenue which is in Tschida Owasso Hills <br /> <br />No. 3 Plat by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, storm sewer and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on August 6, 1974, <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035: and <br />
