<br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Millwood Avenue from Farrington Street <br /> <br />to Western Avenue which is in Tschida OWasso Hills No. 3 Plat <br /> <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter, bituminous surfacing, storm sewer and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on August 6, 1974, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petitions be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are <br />feasible and as to whether they should best be mad~ as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />costs of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hess and upon vote being taken thereon <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupou said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
