<br />Extract of Minutes of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 16, 1974 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of <br />September, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley and Hess <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Demos <br /> <br />Councilman Hess <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ELECTION ON <br />$ 850,000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Council has investigated the facts and does hereby <br />find, determine and declare that it is necessary and <br />expedient to issue its negotiable coupon general obliga- <br />tion capital improvement bonds in the amount of $ 850,000 <br />for the purpose of constructing a new City Hall. <br /> <br />2. The proposition of authorizing the issuance of $ 850,000 <br />capital imp~overnent bonds for said purpose shall be sub- <br />mitted to the qualified electors of the City at an <br />election to be held on November 5, 1974~ said election <br />shall be held between the hO'lrS of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 <br />p.m. The precincts and polling places for said election <br />shall be the same as those for the last general election <br />all as more particula~ly set forth in the Notice of <br />Election hereinafter set forth. <br />
