<br />t. <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HEID Sept. 16 , 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the l6thday of September , 1974, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The folloWing members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members wefe absent: <br />. Councilman Demos <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6166 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed Di strict has proposed <br />a Comprehensive Plan and asked for comments from interested partiesj and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville intends to respond to the <br />request for comments;. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />A. The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby <br />authorized to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Rice Creek <br />W.atershed District to express the City's reactions and comments to the <br />proposed Comprehensive Plan of the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />B. The City of Roseville agrees with the overall objective <br />as stated in the Rice Creek Watershed District Comprehensive Plan: <br /> <br />". . . to provide for the wise, long term <br />management of its water and associated <br />land resources. " <br /> <br />C. There are a number of proposed regulations which are <br />vague in the plan. The City of Roseville requests specific answers to the <br />following list of que stions: <br />
