EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROREVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OcrOBER 28 , 1974 * * * * * * * * * * *1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 28thday of October , 1974, at7:3001clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan and the following members were absent: None Member Brennan and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 6177 WHEREAS, on the 27th day of August, 1974, Yovoa Klucsar filed a Petition to rezone the following described property, to-wit: South of the Southerly right of way line of the Northern Pacific Railroad and West of the Western right of way line of Lexington Avenue, North of Northern right of way line of Sixty (60) foot wide Rose Place, East of the Eastern edge of Block 4 of Roberts Addition, Plat No.3. WHEREAS, by order of the City Council of the City of Roseville the above property was legally described as follows: The East Ten (10) acres of Part of North One Quarter of the Northeast One Quarter, Southerly of the railroad right of way subject to highway road and easements in Section 10. WHEREAS, said legal description was published in error in the newspaper; WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the error was technical in nat ure and did not mislead the surrounding property owners of the land that Yovoa Klucsar intended to rezone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
