<br />A. It is determined by the City Council that the error in <br />the legal description which was published in the newspaper prior to the <br />Planning Commission's hearing was technical in nature and did not mis- <br />lead the surrounding property owners. This determination is made on the <br />large number of persons who attended the Planning Commissions meeting <br />and the fact that the map s shown were accurate. <br /> <br />B. That the City Council directs the staff of the City <br />Council to publish the correct legal description in the newspaper prior <br />to the hearing of the City Council at no additional charge to tre Petitioner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by member Hess , and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the follOWing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
