NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1) That the Village Council hereby deems that it is necessary and in the best interests of the public to acquire fee si~ple title in the Village of Roseviile by condemnation under the power of eminent domain, to property lying and being situated in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: The South Two Hundred Feet (S. 200') of the North Two Hundred Sixty-Six Feet (N. 266') of the West Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Feet (W. 377') of the East Four Hundred Ten Feet (E. 410') of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE.l/4 of NW 1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23). 2) That the estate to be acauired in the property described above is fee simple title in the Village of Roseville, 11innesota, for the purpose of construction of an elevated water storage tank. 3) That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to institute the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire fee simple title to the property described above under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and the said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion.
