-2- The City Council hereby deems it necessary and convenient to acquire permanent easements in the property described below for the purpose of a public road and underground utility easement, all of said property being situated in the City of Rosevi11e, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, to-wit: Parcel A - Pennanent Easement for Public Road and Highway The East 30 feet of the following tract: The West 938.11 feet of the Southwest Quarter l~4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, Roseville, Minnesota, subject to roadways. A further temporary construction easement described as the West twenty-five feet (25') of the East Fifty-five feet (55') of said tract. Parcel B - Permanent Easement for Underground Utilities That part of the West 938.11 feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW-.r) of the Southeast Quarter (S~), which lies North of a line described as follows: Commencing at a point One Thousand Two Hundred Forty-seven feet (1,247') North of the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW-.r) of the Southeast Quarter (S~) of said Section 9, which is also the centerline of County Road B and Thirty feet West of the East line of said tract; thence South 62 degree 45' West a distance of Two Hundred Sixty- five (265'); thence North 38 degree 15' West a distance of Ten feet (10') more or less, to the South right-of-way line of the South service drive of State Trunk Highway 36 and thereby tenninating. That the City Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to commence the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above under the Statutes of the State of Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Demos, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
