<br />- 2- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are authorized and directed to <br />execute the attached Joint and Cooperative Agreement providing for <br />membership of the City in the Suburban Rate Authority. <br /> <br />2. In accordance with the provisions of the Joint and <br />Cooperative Agreement, the Council hereby designates James Andre <br />as its first director on the Board of Directors of the Suburban <br />Rate Authority. <br /> <br />3.
