: -UOTICE OF HE~4RING OlQ COMBINED Il4PROVE.MENT OF 1975, SS-W-P-74-l5 and SS-W-P-74-l6 CITY OF ROSEVILLE I-IINNE SCTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington parkway, in said City on the 10th day of February, 1975, at 7 :30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to lUnne- sota Statutes, Chapter 429, on Combined Improvement of 1975, SS-W-P-74-l5 and SS-W-P-74-l6. The general nature of the improve&ent is as follows: a. SS-W-P-74-l5 on Farrington Street from South Owasso Boulevard to I-Ullwood Avenue which is in Tschida OWasso Hills No. 3 Plat by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bitu- minous surfacing, and necessary appurtenances. b~ SS-W-P-74-l6 on I-1illwood Avenue from Fa~rington Street to Western Avenue which is in Tschida OWasso Hills No. 3 Plat by the i.nsta1lation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfac- .:Lng, and necessary appurtenances. The general nature of the improvements as above described is all substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineering repor~now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The estimated cost of Combined Improvement of 1975, SS-W-P-74-15 and SS-W-P-74-16 is $116,607.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the ~ombined improve- ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: That property east of Western Avenue, south of South OWasso Boulevard, west of Block 6 of Kroiss Northwood Addition Plat 2 and north of Tschida OWasso Hills Plat Ho. 2. (This area is currently known as Tschida Owasso Hills Plat No.3.)
