<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: February 4, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in special session at the City <br />Hall on Tuesday, the 4th day of February, 1975, at 6:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced t.he following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6210 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF NEW CITY t~L BUILDING, NEW <br />FIRE STATION NO. 3 AND CIVIC CENTER <br />DRIVE NE~v ROAD AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />Whereas the city architects, Ellerbe Architects, have <br />prepared plans and specifications for the construction, <br />improvement, acquisition and betterment of the following <br />projects: <br /> <br />A. City Hall building consisting of 27,000 square feet <br />B. Fire Station No. 3 consisting of 8,010 square feet <br />C. Combined of new city hall and new fire station No. 3 <br />D. Civic Center Drive new road consisting of 1200 <br />lineal feet (36 feet face to face bituminous with <br />concrete curb and gutter) <br /> <br />all together with necessary appurtenances and miscellaneous <br />items, and <br />
