<br />Whereas said architects have presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT PESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official newspaper of the city and in <br />Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids for said <br />projects under such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement shall be published for three weeks and shall <br />be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Advertisement For Construction Bids <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received <br />by the City Manager and the Public Works Director of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, in the City Hall until <br /> <br />2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, 1975 <br /> <br />at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud <br />for the following projects: <br /> <br />A. City Hall building consisting of 27,000 square feet <br />B. Fire Station No. 3 consisting of 8,010 square feet <br />C. Combined of new city hall and new fire station No. 3 <br />D. Civic center Drive new road consisting of 1200 <br />lineal feet (36 feet face to face bituminous with <br />concrete curb and gutter) <br /> <br />all together with necessary appurtenances and miscellaneous <br />items. <br /> <br />Thereafter said bids will be tabulated and reviewed and <br />submitted to the City Council for their action. The City <br />Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to <br />waive irregularities and informalities therein and reserves <br />the right to award the contract in the best interest of the <br />city. <br />
