<br />Plans and specifications, proposal forms and contract <br />documents, as prepared by Ellerbe Architects, 1 Apple Tree <br />Square, Bloomington, lYIinnesota 55420, may be seen at the <br />following locations: <br /> <br />S. Dodge <br />DOdge/Scan <br />St. Paul Builders Exchange <br />Minneapolis Builders Exchange <br />Ellerbe Architects <br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />Bids shall be accompanied by a bidders bond, certified <br />check or cash deposit in an amount equal to at least 5% of <br />the amount of the bid for projects A, Band C, and l~1o for <br />project D, which shall be forfeited to the city in the event <br />that the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract if <br />awarded. The city Council reserves the right to retain the <br />deposits of the three lowest bidders on each project for a <br />period not to exceed 30 days, and no bid may be withdrawn for <br />a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the <br />opening of the bids. <br /> <br />Proposal forms, plans and specifications may be obtained <br />from the office of the Ellerbe Architects upon payment of a <br />deposit of $50 each for projects A, C, and D, and a deposit <br />of $25 for project Bi which deposits will be refunded to all <br />bona fide bidders providing such plans and specifications are <br />returned in good condition within 15 days after bid opening. <br />No refund will be made to any person who obtains plans and <br />specifications and does not submit a bid to the owner. <br /> <br />Dated this 4th day of February, 1975. <br /> <br />James F..
