GRAYDEN: And I understood some people in this area <br />did not receive a letter and I notice that their property goes <br />as near to the sewer as mine does so what explanation is there <br />for that, that some did get it and some didn't? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: Everyone within the purple or green areas <br />were mailed a legal notice indicating the improvement hearing <br />that was to be held tonight. We mailed it to whoever Ramsey <br />County had listed as the legal property owner and if anyone <br />didn't get it they aren't listed properly at the "county or are <br />not in the area and will not be assessed. <br /> <br />MRS. GRAYDEN: Why not? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: Because they aren't contributing water. <br /> <br />MRS. GRAYDEN: You mean people in the gold area are not <br />included? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: Tha t · s right. <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: That's a different area. That Alternate <br />(inaudible) are not included tonight. When people buy a home <br />under contract for deed it could be the notice goes to whoever <br />is shown as the owner and it could be the former owner or bank <br />or whatever. <br /> <br />MRS.
