<br />Council should address themselves to Alternate B as to whether <br />in the next month they want to have a hearing and consider the <br />inclusion of Alternate B. <br /> <br />o . . 0 . Councilman Curley then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution Noo 62l0-1l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-l4 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvement Noo St-74-l4, in the area bounded <br />by Capitol View on the south, Bismarck Avenue on the north, <br />Western Avenue on the west and Marion Street on the east by <br />the installation of storm sewer facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances, as described in the notice of hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated to be approximately $6l,ll3.60, and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's <br />report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in <br />the office of the City Manager1 and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the <br />premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and <br />special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />therefor shall include the property as described in the notice <br />of hearing1 and that the City Public Works Director is hereby <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and <br />specifications for the construction of said improvemento <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Demos, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All: <br /> <br />the following voted against: None1 whereupon said resolution <br /> <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />17 <br />
