Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution Noo 62l0-1l RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-74-l4 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of Improvement Noo St-74-l4, in the area bounded by Capitol View on the south, Bismarck Avenue on the north, Western Avenue on the west and Marion Street on the east by the installation of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances, as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $6l,ll3.60, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager1 and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the notice of hearing1 and that the City Public Works Director is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvemento The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Demos, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All: the following voted against: None1 whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 17
