Popovich, city bond consultant. <br /> <br />Ml'->.YOR LINEBARGER: The next hearing is on Combined <br />Improvement of 1975, SS-W-P-74-15 and SS-W-P-74-l6--sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, paving, curb and gutter, Farrington, Millwood <br />to South O,v<:\sso Boulevard and Millwood Avenue, Farrington <br />Street to Western Avenue. Are there people in the audience <br />interested in this? I will ask our Nanager for presentation <br />of the legal notices. <br /> <br />NR. ANDRE: I have the Affidavit of Publication and Certi- <br />ficate of Nailing Notice for Combined Improvement of 1975, <br />SS-W-P-74-15 and SS-W-P-74-16. <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: I will ask the Public Works Director to <br />present a summary of the improvement. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: This ,vas 100% petitioned for and has been <br />combined for administrative purposes.
