<br />Mi\Y.JR POPOVICH: It I S a total cost of $116,607 of which
<br />$78,739 would be attributable to the street, curb and gutter
<br />cost. That's 2123 front feet at $37 a front foot. Sanitary
<br />sewer main is $9,974, 1548 feet, and that will cost $6.44 a
<br />front foot. Sanitary sewer service is $5,060 ~nd with the 22
<br />lots that's $230 a lot. Watermain is $16,452, 1548 assessable
<br />fron t footage, about $10.62 per foot. ~va ter services $6, 380
<br />at $290 per lot. Again it's recommended that it be 100%
<br />assessed spread over 20 years at 8%.
