MR. DOUGLAS STRONG, city Public Works Department: That
Lot 7 should be included.

MRS. GONZALES: So that's incorrectly numbered. We're
Michels Roselawn Lot 7 and as shown with the green overlay we
would be in no plan to have the street although at the present
time we don't have a street in front of us and our opinion is
we would like to have a street put in because we have every
conceivable vehicle turning around in our driveway (inaudible)
so we're in favor of the street going through.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: Can you give an answer to her?

MR. STRONG: The 11711 should be here, and it's included in
this project.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: Anyone else?

MR. RON MELQUIST, representing Ambrose Zarembinski, 1844
North Hamline: Is it possible to get a breakdown figure as to
per lot?

MR. POPOVICH: What you'd have to do is take each lot
that's involved and then find out where it is - find out what
the front footage - like the sanitary sewer cost is $7.94 per
foot, street is $33.47 a foot, and you can't give it across the
board because of different sized lots.

MR. MELQUIST: We're just trying to get an estimate. There
are probably 23 lots in the project and the cost is $107,624 so
I suppose maybe if you divided by 23 lots you'd get an approxi-
mate figure.

MR. MICHELS: I believe that the figure was around $5l a
foot (inaUdible) this is sewer, water, curb and gutter and
asphalt street.

MR. HONCHELL: I'll have to yield to your memory. Mine
isn't that good.

MR. MICHELS: $17 to $18 for sewer and water, plus $33
(inaudible) .

MAYOR LINEBARGER: If no one else would like to make a
statement we will close the hearing on Merrill Street.

4
