6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, the property which (inaudible) 88l feet
deep and they put a whole bunch of them up in a row. The
property is no good the way it is now, and paying the taxes on
them, my dad at 84 years old, I'm sure he hates to dig money out
of a savings account to pay taxes and he's in favor of the
improvement.

MR. RON MELQUIST and I represent my father, Ambrose
Zarembinski at 1844 North Hamline. He sits on (inaudible) and
for years and years they have been attempting to do something
with the land because it's so locked in and an awful lot of work
has been put into this project now.

MR. AMBROSE ZAREMBINSKI, l844 North Hamline: I'm 100%
for it and it's really the only thing you can do. It's just
locked in the middle of a lot of houses. I don't know why Mr.
Oliver objects to it. I think his letter perhaps is an objection
only to the degree he's locked in with a house and h~s an ease-
ment but if he realizes he will be paid good money for his home
I don't think he would object.

MICHELS CONSTRUCTION CO., 1380 West County Road C-2: We
own a part - a portion on the east part of this and the way
that's drawn there, we are in favor of the project. We have
some land back there that is not useable at this time until
this thing is completed, but the part that he's indicating with
a pencil is owned by property owners on Fernwood and I would
like ~inaudible) one parcel is going to end up 152 feet on
Merrill and 72 to 73 feet in depth and I just would like to know
the feeling of the Council on the plotting of a lot that's so
shown.

MAYOR LINEBARGER: That's a matter that has to go through
the Planning Commission, and without having held a hearing on
that, it wouldn't be appropriate for the Council to comment on
that at this time.

MR. AMBROSE ZAREMBINSKI: At one time Oliver was trying to
get rid of that and Roseville owns the front of it. I think
Oliver got $5600 for it - and he just has a house - don't amount
to much. I don't know why he should object to it.

MRS. DIANE GONZALEZ, 1858 Merrill Street: (inaudible)
which is shown on this as Michels Road (inaudible) to the right
hand side of the paving project and our lot (inaudible) map
it's shown on the left hand side and it's on the other lot.

3
