<br />Extract of Hinutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: February 24, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the city Council of <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br />Honday, the 24th day of February, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Brennan and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />6220 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ADD <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC l1eARING ON <br />IMPROVENENT NO. ST-74-14B <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted February 10, 1975, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />re?o'l:':t as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the <br />area generally bounded by State Trunk Highway 36 on the south, <br />bounded on the north by a line 200 feet north of Minnesota <br />A~.7~nue, bounded on the west by the west line of Capitol View <br />E'i.U.s l\ddition extended northerly, and bounded on the east. hy <br />Rice Street by the construction of storm sewer and necessary <br />appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to <br />include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and as to whether such improvement should best: be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed <br />to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager.
