<br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-74-14B. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said City, on March 10, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes. Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville <br />Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second <br />pUblication shall be not less than three days before the date of <br />the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
