<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON J1.11PROVEI:JENT NO. ST-74-14B <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, HINl'JESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington, in said city, on the 10th day of l1arch, 1975, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Ninnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-74-l4B in the area generally bounded by State Trunk Highway 36 <br />on the south, bounded on the north by a line 200 feet north of <br />Minnesota Avenue, bounded on the west by the west line of Capitol <br />View Hills Addition extended northerly, and bounded on the east <br />by Rice Street by the construction of storm sewer and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City fmnager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $22,422.00. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement shall be all those parcels of property abutting <br />Minnesota Avenue from Matilda to Rice Street, Capitol View from <br />150 feet west of Capitol View Circle to Marion Street, and <br />Marion Street from Capitol View to Minnesota Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 2~, 1975 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
