<br />The City Council hereby deems it necessary and convenient <br />that the property described below be acquired by the City of <br />Roseville in fee simple for the purpose of a public road and under- <br />ground utility easement, all of said property being situated in the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED <br />PROPERTY: <br /> <br />The South 79.18 feet of the North 158.37 feet <br />of Lot 17, Auditors Subdivision No. 46, according <br />to the plat thereof. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to <br /> <br />commence the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power <br /> <br />of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above under the Statutes <br /> <br />of the State of Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed <br /> <br />and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said <br /> <br />proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Brennan <br /> <br />, and upon a vote being <br /> <br />taken the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />
