<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-3 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said City, on the 8th day of September, 1975 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-75-3 generally in the area abutting the west <br />side of Snelling Avenue between County Road C and County Road <br />C-2 by the construction of pavement, concrete curb and gutter, <br />storm sewer, water appurtenances and other miscellaneous <br />appurtenances, in conjunction with the State of Minnesota. The <br />foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the city Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$174,660 of which approximately $25,040 will be paid by the <br />City of Roseville. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting the west side of <br />Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling Avenue) fram <br />County Road C north to a point 400 feet <br />south of County Road C-2, being said prop- <br />erty known as Slawik park Addition. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: August 4, 1975 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
