The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said City, on September 8, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three <br />days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4.
