Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said City on Monday, the 4th day of August, 1975, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Brennan and CurleY1 and the following were absent: Councilman Hess. Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6282 RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1973, SERIES 5, DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, contracts have previously been let for combined Improvement of 1973, Series 5, of the City of Roseville for tha~ portion of the improvement consisting of (a) construction of sanitary sewer, water.main, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and stor.m drainage facilities and necessary appurte- nances on Skillman Avenue fram Fairview Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac 1 (b) bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and stor.m drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances on Grandview Avenue west of Cohansey Street to the end of cul-de- saC1 and WHEREAS, on July 29, 1974 the City held an assessment hearing and subsequent thereto approved an assessment roll for a portion of the cost thereof of said improvement excluding any assessments for the right-of-way easement acquisition on Skillman Avenue from Fairview Avenue west to the end of the cul-de-sac of said improvement, contemplating that a subsequent assessment hearing and roll would be adopted relating to that portion of the improvement1 and
