<br />WHEREAS, the cost of right-of-way acquisition is $22,720.00 <br />and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of this portion of said improvement amount to $4,345.00 so <br />that the total cost of this portion of the improvement will be <br />$27,065.00, and of this cost the city will pay - 0 - as its <br />share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />l. The cost to be specially assessed for said right of <br />way easement acquisition is hereby declared to be $27,065.00. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the dis- <br />trict affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided <br />by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in <br />his office for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange <br />for the assistance of the Data processing Division of the <br />County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment <br />roll. <br /> <br />3. The city Manager shall, upon campletion of such pro- <br />posed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further <br />action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Mayor Linebarger, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all present: <br />and the following voted against the same: none: whereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
