<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of <br /> <br />December, 1994 at 5:30 <br /> <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following members were <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9l3~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION UNDER THE <br />POWERS OF EMINENT DOMAIN CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR PERMANENT ROADWAY <br />AND UTILITY PURPOSES, AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION, AND DIRECTING THE <br />NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR SUCH <br />PURPOSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville has <br />approved a proj ect to acquire certain property by reason of <br />construction of a roadway and utilities, said improvement <br />identified by City records as Improvement No. 93-10A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has <br />advisers that the following described <br />for the construction of the roadway. <br /> <br />been advised by competent <br />real property is necessary <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has been unable to agree on a negotiated <br />amount for some of the easements to be acquired; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under Minn.
