<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby deems it <br />necessary and convenient that perpetual and temporary construction <br />easements on the properties described in Exhibit A attached as a <br />part of this resolution be acquired by the City of Roseville for <br />the purposes above described. <br /> <br />Further, that the City Attorney be and hereby is instructed to <br />commence the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power <br />of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the City to acquire <br />such easements. Further, because construction is scheduled to <br />commence in early 1995, the City Attorney is further directed to <br />use the IIquicktakell procedure under Minn. Stat. § 117.042. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the <br />seconded by Council Member Mastel <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />P. Johnson, and V.
