<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />Held september 8, 1975 <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />dUly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br />of September, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br />Councilmen Brennan, curley, Demos and Hess1 and the following <br /> <br />were absent: none. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on september <br />5, 1975, Councilman Demos then introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6292 11 ~j,2 9,3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1975, ST-74-14 AND ST-74-14B <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
