<br />J::2~~ (y,;2. 9,/ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 8, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, September 8, 1975, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess1 and the following <br /> <br />were absent: none. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Robert <br /> <br />Bell, City AttorneY7 Charles Honchell, City Public Works Direc- <br />tor, and Peter S. popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: I'd like to welcome you to our regular <br />Monday, September 8, 1975 Council meeting. <br /> <br />. . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: The fourth hearing tonight is project <br />P-75-3 which is the Snelling Avenue service road, west of <br />Snelling Avenue. The purpose of the improvement is pavement, <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, water appurtenances and <br />other miscellaneous appurtenances, in conjunction with the <br />state of Minnesota. I will ask the Manager to present the <br />certification of mailing. <br /> <br />MR. JAMES F. ANDRE: I have on file the Certification of <br />Mailing for project 75-3. <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: I will ask our Public Works Director to <br />present a summary of the nature of the improvement, the area <br />involved, and the cost estimate. <br /> <br />MR. CHARLES HONCHELL: This roadway is to provide access <br />to the property west of Highway 51 - which is snelling Avenue - <br />between County Road C, moving northerly to a location approxi- <br />mately 400 feet south of county Road C-2.
