Right <br />now it drains to County Ditch 4. The area drains to County <br />Ditch 4 and will continue to as far as it's planned. <br /> <br />MR. BUETTNER: As a pipe rather than ground level? <br /> <br />MR. I will close the <br />hearing then. <br /> <br />Councilman Demos then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6294 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-3 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-75-3 consisting of the construction of pavement, concrete <br />curb and gutter, storm sewer, water appurtenances and other <br />miscellaneous appurtenances generally in the area abutting the <br />west side of Snelling Avenue between county Road C and County <br />Road C-2, in conjunction with the State of Minnesota, as <br />described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently esti- <br />mated at $174,660 of which approximately $25,040 will be paid <br />by the City of Roseville, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the City Manager: and <br />having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to <br />be assessed therefor shall include the property as described <br />in the notice of hearing: and that the State Highway Department <br />is hereby requested to prepare and submit to the Council a <br />final cooperative agreement between the state and the City of <br />Roseville for the construction of said improvement. <br />
